It is one of the most refreshing times to have a photo session with such a wonderful person or people.  My clients are incredible.  But nothing swept me off my feet as much as this guy.  From the moment he showed up at the shoot, he had so much energy and excitement about the time we were going to have.  Meet Jacob Miller.

One of the most Godliest young men that I have come in contact with.  Such an amazing example to others around him.  All are blessed when they come in contact with him.

You could see the light of God truly shining though him and I loved it.

A Vintage Wedding

One of my favorite parts about a wedding are all of the little details.  The talent and attention to detail at this special little wedding in Dover, TN was incredible.  Every little detail had a story behind it.  Whether it was found in an attic, formed by the mother of the bride's hands, bought at an antique store, or made by the bride and the groom.
This wedding had it all.
Starting with the flowers.

Fresh from the garden and to the wedding site.

The gorgeous flowers were at every corner and took my breath away.

The Bride's entrance was classic as she pulled up in the mother's specially restored classic car.

 The ceremony took place on the front porch steps of the fully restored home of the Bride's parents.

It's like walking around in a Southern Living magazine.
I love this shot of the bride's veil and the look on Seth's face as they exit the ceremony.  Classic.

The bride found vintage aprons for all of the ladies who helped serve during the reception.

And the cake.  Well, the cake probably had it's picture taken far too many times that afternoon.  It was unbelievable.

The mother of the bride made the topper by hand and molded these two little birdies together.  Talent.

The precious, vintage wedding ended with the Bride, Groom, & Guests dancing in the street.
Beth & Seth, I am so happy that you have found each other.  Congratulations on your very special day!

I had the pleasure of capturing one of the sweetest days in the month of July.  Meet Rachel and Michael.  Rachel came to me last year in hopes of us capturing her sweet wedding day.  Thank you so much for letting us capture your beautiful day with you.  All the best with a lifetime of happiness!

Little Moments

One of my favorite parts of this job is having baby and toddler shoots.  They are always filled with lots of energy.  During toddler shoots my goal is for them to have fun, not realize they are really being photographed the entire time, and make sure that I play just as much as them!  The other day we did just that!

 I ran around and chased these adorable twins until we were all tuckered out!  

I even had the bonus of photographing this adorable bundle of joy!  

It was a hot afternoon, but I think that we were very successful with capturing the beauty and love of this family!

Sweet Love

Meet Lori and Aaron.  This couple was so inspiring.  We had the best time during their photo shoot together.  They are so in love with one another.  At one point during our shoot I said, wow you two must be newlyweds.  And they just laughed and said no, we're just in love.  It was adorable!  Aaron and Lori, thanks for a special afternoon!  I hope you enjoy your photos!
